PERFORMANCE
AT THE SPEED OF THOUGHT

Would you like to develop a split-second awareness that uncovers the hidden obstacles diminishing your focus, confidence, and performance? While your brain processes over 5,000,000 bits of information in half a second, you're aware of very little of what actually drives your decisions, emotions, and reactions. in that moment.

This Changes Everything!

Just as this video demonstrates how much you miss in half a second, you can now slow down your perception of time to see what’s holding you back inside. The edge you’re looking for is already inside of you. You just need a way to find it.

What is GOLDEN BRAIN TRAINING?

Golden Brain Training is a groundbreaking brain-based training system developed by Dr. Richard Siegel to optimize athletic performance by enhancing interhemispheric communication. It integrates cutting-edge neuroscience with elite performance strategies to synchronize the creative and analytical brain systems — unlocking untapped physical, emotional, and mental potential.

This training is built for:

  • Professional athletes seeking a competitive edge
  • Student-athletes aiming for collegiate/pro opportunities
  • Coaches and trainers seeking next-gen methods
  • Retired athletes pursuing brain longevity and recovery

Why Traditional Training Fails the Brain

Conventional athletic training isolates the body and mind. Golden Brain Training goes deeper by activating the corpus callosum — the brain's central relay system — for faster decision-making, heightened focus, and increased emotional control under pressure. "Elite athletes demonstrate superior neural efficiency by activating fewer motor resources for faster execution." — Frontiers in Neuroscience, 2019

"I won 8 NCAA Championships thanks to Dr. Siegel" —Matt Seeberger
Winner of 8 NCAA Championships & Two Triple Crowns

I came to know Dr. Richard Siegel during a very impressionable time in my tennis career. I was just a freshman, having been in college for less than two months. Our tennis season was in the early stages, and I had suffered my first few losses. I was bitter, upset, and confused. My coach referred me to take some time to talk to Dr. Siegel to see if he could provide any guidance.

After one spends time with Dr. Siegel, the feelings and perspective upon exiting the session are indescribable. As a young and mentally naive athlete I never fully understood what he was doing but the foundation that was being built, which I only later consciously recognized, was life-changing. He has an expertise in a natural grasp of his work that I can arguably say is world class.

He came to me when I had an above average singles record of eight wins and three losses. After our sessions had completed, I went on to win 30 consecutive matches, along with an all-time record eight NCAA tennis championships. I only lost four more matches in my division throughout the rest of my four year career. I firmly believe that I couldn't achieve all that I did from only knowing how to play the game well. I believe it takes superior level of mental aptitude and focus, something that is not easy to learn on your own. For that I much of my success to the work Dr. Siegel did with me.

Without hesitation I fully recommend Dr. Richard Siegel, as not only someone who is among the best in his field, but also as someone who can have a significant impact on people's lives forever.

Matt Seeberger

Being on the bench most of my freshman year really hurt my confidence, especially as I was regarded as one of the most highly sought after recruits at the time. Over the past couple of years I have tried and tried to bounce back to the same form that I was when I was playing my best tennis prior to coming to college. Nothing seemed to work. It was not the technical side which was the problem but entirely the mental side. After having numerous meetings with my coaches and fellow teammates, I was beginning to really lose hope and "throw in the towel." I was never a huge fan of sports psychology and never believed that they could make a difference. But then I was recommended to Dr. Siegel.

Right after the first session I was amazed by at the way I felt. Then a few days later we spoke again, and again right after I talk everything seemed so uncomplicated, and my mind seemed to be at peace. All he said at the end of the session was, "Go ahead and play, and let me know how it goes." My first competitive match after our talks I felt like a new person. I was competing at 100% with 100% focus and direction. I went on to find myself 6-1 3-1 up against the number 4 ranked college player in the country. It felt amazing. My confidence was restored and is still building. Not only has my mental approach changed during matches, but during practice and other aspects of my life.

I highly recommend Dr. Siegel if you want to see dramatic changes in your performance on and off the court.

Christian Vitulli, University of Georgia

Christian won a very good match yesterday and lost this morning to our top player, who is #4 in the nation tiebreaker in the third set. He was a totally different player from the player that I've seen the past three years.

He's well on His Way.

Dear Dr. Siegel,

I want to thank you very much for your willingness to work with one of our players this year.

I was able to see a big difference immediately after you began working with him. His mindset has really improved on the court as well as off the court. He is now able to channel his energy on the court in a more positive way and is a lot more comfortable under pressure situations.

I can't wait to see this young man develop as the season progresses.

I am looking forward to involving more of our players with your services and keeping in touch with you. You have been very easy to work with and very willing to help this young man, not only with his tennis but also in his personal development.

I look forward to continuing our relationship.

Best regards.

Manuel Diaz, Head Men's Tennis Coach, University of Georgia

Dear Dr. Siegel,

I wish to thank you from the bottom of my heart for what you've made possible for me in my sport of tennis. As you know, I was struggling for a long time with maintaining a positive self-image against certain opponents. With your assistance, guidance, and great knowledge, I was not only able to overcome those obstacles on the court, but I also expressed to me growth of self-esteem off-court!

You have made it very clear to me that the key to finding my true physical, mental, and emotional potential lies in digging deep in the soul to spark the fire. Through the use of 'symbolism' in your 'process', it was easy to take the knowledge on court with me and use 'as needed.' This helped me to dictate the tempo of the matches I play, even at the most stressful moments.

I have confidence that through your expertise, I have been able to live a more rewarding life both on and off court. Instead of fearing what is around the corner, I now look forward to conquering my next big challenge!

Yours truly, Bob Cook, Head Tennis Coach, USPTA Professional

It is with great pleasure that I write this letter of appreciation for Dr Richard Siegel. He has been working with members of my tennis team for the past month and the results have been amazing! We are located in Santa Cruz California and Dr Siegel has done all of the work over the phone. After a very short period of time the impact of his work was very apparent. The players he worked with were more comfortable on the court and were competing in a more relaxed and composed manner. Because of his work we were able to move a very talented freshmen to the top of our lineup because of his new found confidence and composure.

We just beat the number two and four ranked teams in the country in our NCAA regional tournament and are heading for the final site in Maine next week brimming with confidence. The feedback from each player he has worked with has been outstanding and I would recommend him to anyone who is in pursuit of athletic excellence.

Sincerely, Bob Hansen

I would like to take the time to express my great appreciation for what you've done for me and helping me conquer something I've been trying to overcome for years. Over the twenty years of my being in the tennis business, I have lost my motivation to do my best.

With your help on the phone, my desire to work has increased tremendously and I feel more energy and clarity of mind than I have in a long, long time. My enthusiasm of the court has returned and I'm following up on the things I have been neglecting. I do feel like my old self the way used to be and even my students have noticed a difference in me.

I must admit them when we first spoke I was a skeptic. I still find it hard to believe that it works, especially since we only spoke a few times. But now as time has passed that the effects have lasted and I'm automatically paying closer attention to details and things and doing other things I wasn't doing before. People who are skeptical should definitely give it a chance and they will find out that it definitely does work.

I didn't know how to get that enthusiasm back and have been struggling with myself as to what I could possibly do. Now something is different inside, and my outlook is different than before.

Thank you very much for helping me find my old motivated self again.

Pat Collazo, Director, The Courts at Kendall

I wanted to thank you for your help with Daniel. He played great tennis after talking just once with you, played relaxed and in the moment. He told me that you helped be more relaxed and at ease with himself.

Golden Brain synchronization

Golden Brain Training is more than training, it's evolution.

The Neuroscience term Golden Brain refers to using both sides of the brain equally. Golden Brain Training increases Brain Synchronization between the two hemispheres to allow us to observe and change the subsconscious processes that hinder performance.

We can increase the alignment and connectivity that Brain Syncronization provides, by using the same specific sequence the brain uses to talk to itself. This sequence opens a portal to the subconscious mind, where we can remove mental blocks to peak performance where they originate.
